1. Acceptance of terms

By using Biddicar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform role

Biddicar is a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers. We do not own the listed vehicles and do not guarantee their condition, description, or title. All transactions occur directly between seller and buyer.

3. Seller responsibilities

• Provide accurate and honest information
• Hold legal right to sell the vehicle
• Complete the sale to the winning bidder

4. Buyer responsibilities

• Bid in good faith
• Inspect the vehicle before payment
• Complete payment upon winning

5. Auctions and bids

All bids are binding. A buyer cannot retract a bid after placing it. The auction ends instantly when the Buy Now price is reached.

6. Prohibited content

Listing stolen or legally restricted vehicles is prohibited. We may remove any listing that violates these terms.

7. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of Biddicar.
